Do you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in keeping spaces clean, safe, and welcoming? We’re looking for a Grounds Crew to keep our grounds gorgeous and camp looking picturesque. From mowing lawns and maintaining trails to setting up activity areas and assisting with projects, this role helps create a safe, functional, and inviting environment for campers and staff.

Powered RV parking is included if the applicant would like to stay on site, and meals will be available during the regular summer camps in July. 

Perform general camp maintenance in and around beach areas, sports fields, bunkhouse accommodations, common areas, bathrooms, and campground sites under the supervision of the maintenance coordinator. This includes mowing grass, weed management, brush removal, minor tree trimming, organizing camp materials, minor building maintenance, cleaning interiors of buildings, beach and grounds cleanup, and other general maintenance and fixing of camp property as required. Responsible for making sure the grounds are presentable before each rental, and cleaning up after each of the weeklong summer camps and private rentals throughout the summer. Organize and assist with fall cleanup before the camp is shut down for the season, under direction of the Maintenance Coordinator.
