We’re looking for a responsible, energetic Senior Camp Counselor to lead by example and help create an unforgettable summer for our campers. In this role, you’ll be a steady presence, a positive role model, and a key leader in ensuring a safe, fun, and inclusive camp environment. You’ll support campers through daily activities, encourage participation and teamwork, and help maintain a smooth, well-organized program throughout the day. If you bring strong leadership skills, a calm and confident approach, a passion for working with youth, and a commitment to safety and community, this is your opportunity to step up, make an impact, and help shape a summer full of meaningful memories.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Counselor, you will provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to campers and counselors-in-training. Supervising and caring for a cabin group of campers aged 6–15, you play a key role in creating a positive camp experience. Working with the Camp Program Coordinator, you will lead and participate in daily activities such as sports, crafts, waterfront programming, and campfires while actively engaging with campers throughout the day. Senior Counselors promote a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming camp environment, ensuring camper safety and well-being at all times. You will assist with program planning, daily transitions, and camp-wide events, contributing to the smooth and successful operation of camp life.
