We're on the lookout for a vigilant, energetic Waterfront Supervisor to keep our campers safe and smiling all summer long! You'll be the calm in the chaos, the watchful eye on the water, and the go-to for sunny day fun. If you have your Red Cross Lifeguard Certification and/or National Lifesaving Lifeguard Certification, strong swimming skills, a cool head, and a passion for safety (with a side of sunshine), this is your moment to dive in and make waves!

June 22 - August 9, 2025

Weekly from Sunday at noon to Saturday at noon

$700 - $840 per week

Meals and lodging are included, and the Waterfront Supervisor is expected to sleep on site each week

Works directly with the Camp Leader to develop the recreational programming and camp itineraries for each week of this year's summer camp, including all waterfront activities. They are responsible for the safety of the campers, staff and volunteers during all recreation activities and must organize and ensure there is adequate staff for all activities and ensure programming is running smoothly. In addition to Red Cross and/or National Lifesaving Lifeguard Certification, desired skills include the ability to stay calm under pressure, musical talents, organized sports and games coordination, canoe instructor certification, and archery certification.
